Terms of Service

Welcome to Constantine's Web Services ("CWS"). By accessing or utilizing our web tooling, custom routing solutions, sandboxed infrastructure, API platforms, or codebases, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these criteria, you are prohibited from utilizing the platform.

1. Provision of Services & Live Infrastructure

CWS builds and serves specialized development tools. All workflows and data environments are provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" blueprint. CWS reserves the complete authority to modify, restrict, throttle, or cancel live modules, database mappings, or routing pathways without notice or ongoing liability.

2. Authenticated Profiles & Security

To connect to certain environment features, you must register a login session or tie an external OAuth instance (Google, GitHub). You are fully accountable for preserving the confidentiality of your authentication metrics, access sessions, and passwords, as well as all queries or document mutations completed under your username mapping.

3. Prohibited Operational Abuse

You agree not to degrade, interrupt, or target the security architecture of our servers. Forbidden activities include deploying aggressive loops or spam queries, attempt to break sandbox container bounds, port scanning network nodes, or reverse-engineering proprietary compilation files served under the host scope.

4. Financial Allocations & Contributions

Financial transmissions handled via the CWS payment portals are processed completely as voluntary contributions to sustain research and baseline infrastructure maintenance. Contributions are non-refundable and do not establish dedicated uptime service-level guarantees (SLAs) or operational software equity.

5. Limitation of Liability

CWS AND ITS DEVELOPERS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY NATURE. CWS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR DOWNTIME ERRORS, CORRUPTED ASSETS, DATABASE MISMATCHES, TRANSACTION FAULTS, SCRIPT FAILURE COMPILATIONS, OR ACCOUNT TERMINATIONS ARISING OUT OF YOUR ENGAGEMENT WITH THE CODEBASES.
